The first EURO-TRANS_Days conference will be held in Warsaw, Poland from 17 to 18 October.
The aim of the event is to bring together small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and major European research and development (R&D) players and industrial stakeholders in surface transport to enhance cooperation.
The EURO-TRANS_Days conference will focus on:
- perspectives of cooperation with Polish industrial key players;
- topics and research areas of the second call for proposals under the ‹Sustainable Surface Transport› (SST) thematic area of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7);
- parallel road, rail, maritime and intermodal sessions;
- research agendas of the European Technology Platforms, focusing on the needs for SMEs;
- project proposals for the second FP7-SST call;
- project management and coordination issues.
The event is organised by the EU-funded project EURO-TRANS-days, which is funded under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
